Life style Diet,

charlottes%20picture.jpgI did really good today on my life style diet. I did my walking at home video for 30 mins and did great on the food. But did awful on the water. Can some body please give me some input on getting all my water in for the day. I need help with that please, please give me some HELP! with that.I will be back tomorrow.  Seadog

Wear Red For Women,

Friday Feb 1st is ( National Wear Red Day) I take this day very seriously because number one I know frist hand about this disease both my parents died a early age from heart disease. And also two brothers and a sister has had heart attacks . One brother has had two bypass surgery’s. And it is the number one killer of women in America. So please give to this number one killer of women in America. And everybody take care of your heart’s its the only one you have. Thank-you,

Upset

I am a little upset over something. For the life of me I can’t understand why these Skinny little women come on this site and say Oh! I need to lose 5 or 10 pound’s. You can’t even understand the meaning of being over weight. I am talking about women who have only that to lose not women who are or were really over weight. Try walking in someones shoes who is 200 pounds and trying desperately to lose. It is a long hard road and there is alot of struggles along the way and talk about motivation and getting to your ideal weight. That is like trying to move a rock and its a boulder. What I am trying to say is this is a awesome site if it wasn’t for this site and all my awesome buddy’s I  would be lost so with that said I will say please use the site for real weight loss and not just to show a pretty picture. I know  I will have negative feed back on this but I don’t care because I had to say what was on my mind.  Seadog,

blue hills Did good on my lifestyle diet today and did 30 mins of walking went one mile. I feel good about today.

My life Style,

Doing good today on my life style diet.Had a 110 calorie english muffin with I can’t believe its not butter spray. With 1 tablepoon of strawberry low suger jam.And a cup of coffee with 1 tablespoon of coffeemate. For lunch healthy far East Minestronie soup with 100 calorie pkg wheat thins and orange and 60 calorie light-n- fit yogurt. And trying to get 8 glasses of water in for the day. For dinner it will be low fat chicken green salad with fruit 80 calorie Dole fruit cup. Feel like today has gone really good. The holidays are so hard for me I am not doing to bad I will be glad when they are over because of the food thing. Be back tomorrow and let you know how I do.

Diet

Did really good on my diet yesterday.I had a 1 cup of Wheaties 1/2 cup of skim milk, med banana. for lunch I had a healthy far east soup 140 cal, 4 light rye krisps, 80 cal dole fruit cup and 60 cal light-n-fit yogurt. for snack I had a med orange. for dinner I had 1 cup of brown rice with a cup of turkey and tomatos season with onions and spices over the rice yummy.Also had a large green salad with low fat dressing. For snack a 1/2 cup fat free pop corn and 60 cal light-n-fit yogurt.And lots of water and took a 25 min walk lastnight had to come back really cold here lastnight.

I am new to the site.I will need a little help with some of this. And a buddie or two.
